SOLUTION:

We created a completely new website from scratch with features and techniques to help client’s retention and gather clients.

/01   THE CONTEXT

Nuvana Nutrition is a company that specializes in manufacturing high-quality supplements for different health issues. Their current lineup consists of 5 products which range from sleeping supplements like Shut Eye to beauty supplements like Bloom. Nuvana Nutrition has been struggling with their current website as the UX isn’t optimal and lacks information.

A challenge that starts with created a completely new website from scratch with features and techniques to help client retention and gather clients.

/02   THE IDEAS

Attract the audience & stand this audience

As we started setting up goals for their new website, we jumped on a call to interview the key stakeholders at the company. Guided by what we learned during our session with them, we outlined 3 main goals for the redesign:

1) provide visitors with a clean and modern website.

2) create customer retention strategies.

3) make sure each product was equipped with detailed specs and information to cut down on repeat inquiries for that information.

/03   THE RIGHT TONE

More than just a strategy.

We knew that if we wanted to re-position Nuvana’s online presence, we would need a solid digital strategy.

As a result, we added a subscription program that will help current consumer buying habits. These are trending toward hassle-free shopping experiences, free delivery, and instant gratification.

Another add-on to the website was the creation of a loyalty and reward program in which the brand rewarded purchases with points that could later be redeemed. Another way to obtain points was to follow Nuvana in their different social platforms, repeated purchases, and even points for their birthday and New Year.

Another remarkable part is that both the website and the style of it should be modern, for this, we made the graphic design of each product and its necessary images

/04   THE WORK

Build

Once the UX strategy was firmly in place, we segued into design and development. During the design phase, we pumped up the visual appeal by combining artistic Instagram-worthy images, clean typography, and a friendly, calming color palette.

The website was programmed using responsive programming, which ensured visitors would have an excellent experience viewing the site, whether they were on a mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop, or large-screen device.

We elected to build the website on Shopify. Shopify is an all-in-one eCommerce platform that makes it easy for businesses to create an online store, accept payments, and manage their inventory all from a single platform without ever worrying about the technical aspects of managing a website such as web hosting, security, caching, etc.

/05   OUTCOME

Did it work?

6 months after the website went live, Nuvana has seen a boost in sales. In combination with our social media packages and advertising we were able increase revenue by 300%. Customer’s satisfaction has increased in a recent survey made by the business, in which some insights explored that the ease of shopping and the information portrayed helped in their buying decision. We noticed an increase in new users’ registration (loyalty program rewards new user for registration) and complemented with all the other prizes given.

We helped Nuvana Nutrition put their best foot forward online by crafting a simple way for users to search for products, find product information, and purchase on their website while still having extra benefits per purchase. This metamorphosis changed Nuvana’s online perception for the better, resulting in a user-friendly site that reflects who the company really is.
